The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, being close to all the best restaurants in the area. The hotel is also in close proximity to all city amenities, with Collins St tram lines just a short walk away. everything we needed was within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The room had lovely decor and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
The hotel had some minor maintenance issues that need improvement.

Spacious, well-equipped one-bedroom apartment in great location. High ceilings, quality bathroom. Room 302 had city view from wall of windows. Friendly staff allowed late check out, personalized bed setup, and held bags. Comfy beds, daily cleaning, and professional service. Would definitely stay again. 👍

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, location in walking distance to many sites. Close to everything we needed, all a short walk away. Close to public transport including free tram. Staff are friendly and professional.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to have a late check-out and even rearranging the bed set-up to suit my preferences. They went above and beyond by keeping my friend's bag safe all day while she explored the city. The little touches, like serving tea at reception and leaving a welcoming note and treats in my room, made me feel so special and cared for. The spacious room and comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep. This place really knows how to provide enhanced comfort and quality service!

Quiet location, near park. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms. Good water heater, perfect for cold weather. Great views of MCG and Rod Laver Arena. Numerous eateries within walking distance. Funky decor and large windows. Convenient discounted parking nearby.
